S. Robbie Guthrie
VP of Administration
Robbie Guthrie, a proud Pitt grad and avid Steeler fan, is a professional marketing consultant having worked with over 300 small and medium size businesses throughout Greater Harrisburg. She presently serves as the VP of Administration for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central PA and is Co-founder of PTPCS, specializing in post construction maintenance. To date, her company has provided service to more than 5,000 residence, businesses and contractors across Pennsylvania including Deloitte, Hershey Entertainment, Pinnacle Health and Penn State University.
As VP of Administration, Robbie primarily concentrates on bringing business opportunities, quality programing and education to the chamber’s members and affiliates. Focusing on resources, training, advocacy, and inclusion she is committed to the fulfillment of the organizations mission to support black businesses in central PA. In 2006, Robbie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Africana Studies as well as a Certificate in Woman’s Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She spends off hours running, watching Shark Tank and in the company of her husband and new baby boy.
