Jennifer Smallwood
Board Member
Jennifer Smallwood is the REO FHA Manager for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, employed with the Agency for almost 28 years. She also serves as the Business Manager for The Singer’s Lounge, LLC. She is the former board president for the Board of School Directors for the Harrisburg School District and was also an appointed board member for the City of Harrisburg’s Parking Authority, having served as its Secretary and Assistant Treasurer. Currently, Jennifer is a board member for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Pennsylvania and for Tri-County Community Action. A graduate of Duquesne University and Saint Francis University, Jennifer has obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and Organizational Behavior and a Master of Human Resource Management Degree, respectively. Most importantly, she is the mother to her beautiful daughter Airis, and mom to an awesome pitbull named Jade.
