• 3 story overbuild of existing hospital
• 4 floor interior fit out and infrastructure upgrade
• All divisions of work will be involved, 01 through 33
PROJECT SCHEDULE:
• Start construction: April 2018 • Finish construction: April 2020
PROJECT STATUS:
• Whiting-Turner on board as the Construction Manager
• Currently in the bidding phase with early packages
• Fit out packages will be out to bid in the coming weeks
• Project requires MBE/WBE/DBE participation
