Second Street Suite 302(A), Harrisburg, PA 17101 until 1:00 pm prevailing time, September 6, 2018 and opened electronically thereafter. The procurement post bid will be managed by Sargent Kenneth Young. All Bidding Documents and solicitation details will be available at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
